From October 27–29, 2026, the verinice team will be at the it-sa Expo & Congress in Nuremberg, in Hall 7 at Booth 116. The focus will be on the new generation of verinice, which is already in productive use at many customer sites. Joining us will be the verinice partners neam IT Services GmbH and iseco Consulting GmbH, which advises organizations on the implementation and operation of verinice.
At the booth, you’ll meet Sirin Torun, Tatjana Anisow, and Leander Sange from SerNet GmbH’s verinice expert team; Johannes Loxen, Devin Ullrich, Alina Schnur, and Friederike Rottmann will be on site for sales and partner management. You can also discuss questions related to your projects directly with neam and iseco.
The new generation live on-site
At the booth, we’ll showcase all domains of the new generation: IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIS-2, data protection under the GDPR, and BCM in two variants – one based on BSI Standard 200-4 and the other on ISO 22301. Those working internationally will find INT domains for ISO 27001, NIS-2, and data protection. These are based directly on the English-language regulatory texts themselves, namely, ISO/IEC 27001, Directive (EU) 2022/2555, and the GDPR. If you work according to a regulatory framework not listed here, we’ll show you directly how to implement it in verinice.
There are two ways to use the new generation. SerNet operates verinice.cloud as a SaaS solution at SysEleven in Berlin; it holds a BSI C5 certificate (Type 2). With verinice.onprem, the same platform runs on your own infrastructure, as a virtual appliance, or in a Kubernetes cluster. Many customers are already using verinice.onprem as the successor to verinice.PRO. We’ll discuss which version is right for your organization at our booth—from the requirements for your own infrastructure to how updates are handled in both versions.
Are you still using verinice.PRO or the verinice single-user version? At our booth, you’ll see how the VNA Importer transfers your data to the new generation. verinice Classic will only be available until December 31, 2026. We’ll explain your migration options and plan the transition together with you.
What’s Next: AI & Grundschutz++
❗ We’re showcasing Grundschutz++ in its current form, including migration options from the old Grundschutz and BCM in accordance with BSI 200-4. First, visit the BSI booth and ask about the status of the content’s completion. Then come see us at Booth 116 in Hall 7 and check out the only integration on the market that is fully open source and operates independently.
❗ Our partner iseco will demonstrate, among other things, the integration of the AI standard ISO 42001 into ISO 27001 in verinice and how this becomes a new, independent domain according to it-sa.
❗ As always, our partner neam will demonstrate how to eliminate the stress of compliance and achieve certification step by step with the help of a competent consulting firm.
❗ The sales team will be happy to answer any questions about our future plans for the new GRC domains DORA, AI_Regulation, and CRA in 2027.
❗ And for the fearless among you who have your data protection under control, there will also be a presentation on how to populate your verinice instance AI-driven via MCP—for example, automatically creating all person objects from your organizational chart on SharePoint in verinice.cloud.
