Manage NIS 2 with verinice

In Q4/2024, the NIS 2 domain will be available in the new verinice.veo – initially as a SaaS offering verinice.cloud, and later also on-prem. You can either subscribe to just verinice NIS 2 or, depending on your requirements for an integrated management system, access combinations with the practically bundled offerings (Data Protection, Grundschutz, ISO 2700x, TISAX).

The following key functions are available:

• Reporting to supervisory authorities (NIS-2 point of contact):
  • Recording of your company data
  • Report for proper notification
  • from Q1/2025: Option to select the responsible supervisory authorities in Europe
• Technical and organizational measures (TOM) for the organization
• Record business processes and associated TOM depending on the level of impact
   
• Incident management for a mandatory response (administration and reporting) to security incidents
  • Report after 24 hours / situation report after 72 hours / final report after 1 month
• Documentation and administration of supply chains to fulfill reporting requirements
• Contract and document management

You will receive a detailed introduction to the concept and possible uses of the tool through an extensively designed demo profile. After the German implementation act NIS2UmsuCG comes into force, we integrate the deviations between the EU directive and the German law and highlight them.

Risk management and risk analysis in accordance with the NIS2 requirements (Art. 21) are integrated into the domains of basic protection and ISO 27001 (from Q1/2025).
