Technical support for verinice.Client and verinice.PRO server is available from SerNet GmbH until the end of the lifetime in 2027. We recommend that you take advantage of this when operating and, in particular, installing verinice.PRO or setting up the next generation verinice.onprem starting in 2025.

Either sign an individual support contract with us or purchase a pre-paid support budget directly from the verinice.SHOP.
