From March 23 to 26, 2026, SerNet, the company behind verinice, will present its open-source GRC and ISMS platform at RSA Conference in San Francisco as part of the German Pavilion (Booth 5469-3). The German joint presence is organized by TeleTrusT under the banner “IT Security made in Germany” (ITSMIG) and marks its 25th anniversary at RSA Conference in 2026.
At RSAC, SerNet will highlight how verinice helps international organizations – US vendors in particular – turn EU regulatory requirements into structured, workable practice. Companies looking to enter or expand in the European market need more than a general awareness of NIS2, GDPR and ISO 27001. They need to translate these requirements into responsibilities, processes, controls and verifiable evidence.
This is exactly where verinice comes in. Developed by SerNet in Germany, verinice supports organizations in building governance structures for information security, privacy and compliance that are transparent, auditable and operational in day-to-day business. As an open-source platform, verinice helps teams move from compliance theory to practical implementation.
For many international vendors, regulation is increasingly becoming a market access issue. Technical security alone is not enough. Organizations also need a reliable governance structure for information security and data protection. With verinice, SerNet provides a platform designed to connect regulatory requirements with operational reality.
The positioning at the German Pavilion is deliberate. Developed in Germany and built as an open-source solution, verinice stands for a transparent and sovereign approach to governance, risk and compliance. SerNet, as the vendor and manufacturer behind verinice, also carries the TeleTrusT trust marks “IT Security made in Germany” and “IT made in Europe.”
Visitors to RSA Conference 2026 are invited to meet SerNet at the German Pavilion and learn more about verinice and its role in helping organizations meet international requirements while preparing for the European market.
